This workshop is for women and non-binary people with a vulva.

Whenever we use the word “woman” in this text, we are intentionally including non-binary people with a vulva. Want to become an orgasmic woman?

Why is it so hard for most of us? The culture we grew up in gives us conflicting messages:

“Be quiet and pleasant outside, but once you get to bed be sexual and free.”

And beyond that, after thousands of years of suppression of female sexuality, suppression of arousal and desire it is no surprise many of us have difficulties in sex:

• Painful penetration

• Lack of desireDifficulty reaching orgasm

• Low arousal
  

In the upcoming workshop “My pleasure” I will teach you many embodied exercises I have gathered from the worlds of sexuality, tantra, and somatic work. The workshop will give you tools to become a woman who feels full of pleasure and arousal. 

I invite you to embark on a journey of deep connection to your body and sexuality,  to receive tools to become the orgasmic woman you are meant to be!

My goal is not only that you become orgasmic, but a woman who feels her desires, allows herself to express them, a woman who’s in love with herself, because she knows who she is deep inside and recognizes her feminine strengths!

What you will experience in the workshop

🌹You will learn how to awaken your body to sexuality and desire.

🌹Through embodied experiences, you will feel how to move energy and increase arousal.

🌹You will learn how to move from a shallow orgasm to deep orgasmic pleasure.

Who is the workshop for?

• Women who are beginning their journey of exploring pleasure and want a safe space to go deeper.

• Women who are already on the path and wish to continue exploring, deepen, and learn more tools, techniques, and ancient wisdom on their journey.

• Women interested in worlds of body, emotion & feminine power.Women of all ages, with different life experiences and wisdom to share; diversity will enrich the circle and the shared experience.

FAQs

Do I need prior background in this field?  No, every woman is welcome, at any point in her journey of femininity and sexuality. What are the participant ages?  Women aged 18 and above, no upper age limit. It’s never too late to start connecting with yourself and your sexuality.

Is the workshop therapeutic?  This is an experiential workshop not a therapy session. If you have complex trauma, it’s recommended to consult before joining.

Does the workshop include nudity or sexual contact? No sexual nudity or sexual contact is included at all. There may be gentle ground-based (non-sexual) touch between participants only if you choose. How large is the group?

It is an intimate group of up to 25 women. In which language is the workshop held?

The workshop is held in English; participants may speak German, and translation will be provided.

About the Facilitator

Facilitated by Avigayil Lev - An international Conscious Sexuality & Femininity facilitator whose embodied approach has transformed countless women's lives. Raised in a conservative religious environment in Israel, Avigayil courageously walked the path from disconnection to embodied liberation, reclaiming her sexuality, her voice, and her power. Now, she offers women to go on the same journey, of connecting to their power through sexuality. Her trauma-informed spaces are known for their depth, safety, and embodied learning.  Avigayil is in Freiburg this January for a visit and this would be a unique chance to learn with her.

The general cancellation terms apply. Additionally, the following specific conditions are in effect:

• For cancellations up to 14 days before the event, a processing fee of €25 will be charged.

 • For cancellations up to 72 hours before the event begins, a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular participation fee applies.

 • For later cancellations, the full participation fee is due.

If there is a waiting list and we can find a suitable replacement for you, only the €25 processing fee applies, even for short-notice cancellations. We will do our best to make this possible, but it cannot be guaranteed. For cancellations made five hours or less before the event begins, this goodwill policy is not available.

If you provide a replacement participant yourself and we approve them (see the guidelines in the general cancellation terms), the processing fee is reduced to €15.
